About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sonderwell Staffing Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with a variety of learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, and dementia.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores, personal care, and medication management.
  • Encourage independence and promote social inclusion through activities and outings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
