We are collaborating with a prominent Tier 1 MEP Contractor recognized for executing high-quality projects across various sectors, including commercial, data centers, pharmaceuticals, education, and mixed-use developments. Their recent expansion has led to the establishment of a new regional office in the South-East, with aspirations to undertake exciting new projects beyond the capital.

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to become a part of their team. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to engage from the preconstruction phase through to the on-site execution of a significant life science refurbishment project in Norwich, featuring MEP works valued at £30 million. The preconstruction phase is set to commence shortly and will extend for one year, followed by 1.5 years of on-site activities.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, our client provides the following benefits:
