About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ELEMIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and strive to exceed set targets.
  • Raise awareness of the ELEMIS brand and educate clients in the product and range.
  • Participate fully in promotional / PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
  • Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
  • Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPI's as agreed by the business.
  • Maintain the ELEMIS counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Account Management Team in all cases.
  • Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence, locked away and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.
Requirements
  • 3 years strong proven track record in sales and link selling.
  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Passionate in achieving results in a target driven environment.
  • Previous experience working with a premium skincare brand with color.
  • Elemis treatment and product knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy.
