- Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on our products and range.
- Participate in promotional and PR activities to ensure the success of events and promotions.
- Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
- Accurately record sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPIs as agreed by the business.
- Maintain the Elemis counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client complaints promptly, consulting the Account Management Team as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to ELEMIS' short and long-term sustainability goals, aligning actions with the Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
- Be mindful of Elemis' sustainability pledge when ordering testers and professional-grade products.
- Reduce waste in promotional activities and planning, adhering to sustainability principles.
- Perform other duties as requested by management from time to time.
- 3 years of strong proven track record in sales and link selling.
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Proven sales record.
- Passionate about achieving results in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience working with a premium skincare brand with color.
- Elemis treatment and product knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy.
