**Your Role**

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the first point of contact for our lettings customers. Your responsibilities will include advising landlords on their best opportunities for return on investment, conducting tenancy viewings, and processing successful applications.

**What You'll Do**

• Provide expert advice on the lettings process and local market conditions to landlords and tenants

• Conduct tenancy viewings and process successful applications

• Work closely with the Countrywide team to provide a seamless service to customers

• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
