Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to colleagues and the Chief People Officer (CPO) on people-related queries and issues.

They will maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring the internal Intranet is current and compliant.

Responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to people queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), completing onboarding for new colleagues, and administering benefits.

Additionally, the role will involve providing general administrative support to the People Team, preparing HR reports and analytics, and assisting in communicating and enforcing company policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will also support the performance review process, including gathering feedback and ensuring timely submissions from people leaders.

Furthermore, they will coordinate and support the delivery of training programs and workshops.
