Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomy care.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to children in their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to address the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomy care
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the child's family and healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field
