We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the North region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product promotions
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our precision microscopy equipment
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
- At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the precision inspection equipment industry
- Strong working knowledge of microscopy or precision inspection equipment
- A full UK driving license is a must for this role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 + commission (initial OTE £90K)
