About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Boston. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and tests at our Test Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in customers, verifying their personal identification documents and explaining the exam testing process.
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures, using careful judgment to ensure the integrity of the exam process.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates while they are completing their exams, maintaining a secure and comfortable testing environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as our IT department, to ensure seamless exam delivery.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sanitizing keyboards and workstations after each candidate has finished their exam.
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and professional team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You should be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
