About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator in Boston. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and tests at our Test Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in customers, ensuring a secure and comfortable testing environment.
  • Verify customer identification documents and explain the exam process.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during exams, maintaining a high level of security and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve problems.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean testing environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
