Community Mental Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in Stevenage. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse mental health conditions, fostering therapeutic relationships, and working collaboratively with a range of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Foster strong therapeutic relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience working in community mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
