Senior Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to assess and treat individuals with mental health needs, providing high-quality care that addresses their specific requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Main Responsibilities- To act as a Named Nurse for individuals in the service area, providing a holistic approach to their assessment, treatment, review, and management of care packages.
- To possess the clinical skills necessary to deliver care in the service area.
- To develop effective working relationships with other professionals within the service area, across the Trust, and other NHS providers.
- To lead a nursing staff team in the absence of the Charge Nurse.

Person Specification- RNMH/RNLD/RMN qualification.

- Completion of management training.
