Regional QSHE Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional QSHE Manager to join our client's rapidly expanding organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and progressing the compliance of SOPs and management systems across various sites in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting QSHE Managers to maintain and progress the compliance of SOPs and management systems.
  • Carrying out internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
  • Leading training sessions on Quality and H&S standards and procedures to individuals.
  • Ensuring IMS systems are kept up to date and in accordance with the latest ISO standards.
  • Visiting various sites across Scotland, with occasional travel across the UK to cover annual leave or sickness.
  • Collating, reporting, and investigating RIDDOR incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Managing your own diary and workload.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a Health and Safety role, ideally within the construction or laboratory industry.
  • A NEBOSH qualification.
  • A Health and Safety qualification.
  • Technical IOSH Membership.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
  • Experience with ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001.
  • Experience with ISO 17025 – highly advantageous.
