QSHE Business Partner Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QSHE Business Partner to join our team in the London South East region. As a key figure in driving compliance and supporting site management teams, you will play a crucial role in promoting safety, health, and environmental excellence across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Implement SHE requirements in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Conduct IMS audits as part of the Global Audit Program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver safety and health leadership training programs to shape a safer work environment.
  • Support site management in investigating incidents and developing remedial actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Conduct Fire Risk Assessments and work with stakeholders to improve safety standards.
  • Manage and execute benchmarking audits of selected sites to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver IOSH Managing Safely courses across designated areas to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Support QSHE governance and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with external authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Level 3 certification (NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional role, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its application in the workplace.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver effective training programs to engage and educate employees.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and course authoring software to create engaging and interactive content.
  • Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred) to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
