- Ensure smooth operations with external vendors by managing contractor relationships.
- Own the purchase order process by creating and managing SAP POs for all site service activities.

- Coordinate jobs across the factory to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Handle waste collections and assist with yard queries.
- Process, approve, and query invoices and raise work permits for various tasks.

- You'll work with different teams across the site to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Your efforts will directly support the successful operation of our site.
- Experience in facilities management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
