About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our housing and homelessness services, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to develop their independent living skills and achieve a brighter future.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to young people, including support planning, child protection, and risk assessment
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our services
- Participating in regular reflective practice and case management reviews
- Completing comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development
