We are in search of empathetic and devoted Healthcare Assistants who are committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care for our clients.

Our client is a cheerful young girl who resides with her supportive family. She requires assistance with her intricate care needs throughout the day and night.

She enjoys story time, exploring sensory lights, and engaging in various activities. Her interests include arts and crafts, park walks, and hydrotherapy sessions.

During the day, you will accompany her to her educational environment, assist with personal care, mobility, and attend to her clinical needs as necessary. You will facilitate her learning, encourage social interactions, and ensure her comfort throughout the day.

At night, you will monitor her clinical requirements, respond appropriately when needed, assist with personal care, repositioning, and create a safe and tranquil atmosphere to promote restful sleep.

Key Responsibilities

Our client has specifically requested female staff members to join their team.

We offer the following shift options:

  • Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shifts
  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Part-Time Night Shifts (2 shifts per week) - 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Availability for alternate weekends is required for this role

Please review our competitive pay rates:

  • Weekdays: £ per hour (Approximately £180 for a 12-hour shift)
  • Weeknights: £ per hour (Approximately £180 for a 12-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £ per hour (Approximately £180 for a 12-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £ per hour (Approximately £ for a 12-hour shift)

This role is personally fulfilling, allowing you to develop your clinical skills while providing outstanding care and support to our client, significantly impacting her daily life.

Job Requirements

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) involves working independently in the home of the client, providing care and support that includes personal, social, and domestic assistance while adhering to the individual care plan.

The objective of this position is to enable clients to remain safely in their homes with as much independence as possible.

You will provide care and support in a professional, discreet, and compassionate manner, always ensuring the client's right to privacy and dignity is upheld.
