Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at the Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (WTCRF) at Western General Hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors to the correct areas of the facility
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- On occasion, may be required to work at our other clinical sites, including the Children's Clinical Research Facility and the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.
