Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at the Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (WTCRF) at Western General Hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct patients and visitors to the correct areas of the facility
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • On occasion, may be required to work at our other clinical sites, including the Children's Clinical Research Facility and the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility
