We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Intelligent People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate purchase interest, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead to plan and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize the website to inform, convert leads, and support customers.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, following a content calendar.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for blogs, websites, and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in building and maintaining an accurate customer database for marketing and sales activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of the digital health landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.
  • Creative thinking for innovative campaign development.
