Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastry section of our kitchen, designing new desserts and pastries.
  • Manage orders and stock for the section, ensuring smooth handover to other chefs.
  • Oversee the production of desserts and pastries for lunch, dinner, and afternoon teas.
