About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Marketing professional to join our client's Senior Leadership Team. As Head of Brand Marketing, you will play a vital role in shaping and driving overall brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with Innovation and R&D to develop long-term product roadmaps and drive innovation.
- Support the Marketing Director in developing annual brand plans and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage and lead a team of 3, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful brand marketing initiatives.
- Oversee P&L and budget responsibilities, ensuring effective brand marketing resource allocation.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Brand Marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering successful brand marketing campaigns. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
