Operations Director

Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events.
About the Role
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the Operations Team at Becketwell Live ensuring the efficient and safe planning and execution of events. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of facility management and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations Team to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Implement and ensure compliance with all company policies, statutory regulations, and employment legislation.
- Develop and maintain a culture of health and safety, ensuring events are adequately risk assessed to protect the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Finance Business Partner to set and monitor budgets, ensuring the financial viability of the department.
- Proven knowledge of event and building management, including maintenance and custodial functions across various areas such as M&E, security, housekeeping, and health & safety.
