- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive OD strategies and initiatives to improve organisational performance and effectiveness.
- Lead the design and implementation of organisational change initiatives, including process improvements and cultural transformations.
A degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating OD and change initiatives within a large, complex organisation.
