Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various team members to complete tasks efficiently
  • Engage in relevant training programs to acquire necessary qualifications
  • Perform thorough inspections of vehicles for defects
  • Be on-call for emergency situations
  • Independently manage and prioritize workload
  • Encourage and uphold safe working practices
  • Execute servicing and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Participate in specialized training for equipment usage
Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles and plant machinery
  • City & Guilds certification in commercial/plant vehicle repairs or equivalent
  • Possession of LGV Class 1 or 2 and CPC in transport
  • Additional relevant certifications as necessary
  • Proficiency in Mig and Arc welding techniques
  • Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with electronic systems
