The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and growing company, specializing in building truck bodies and trailers. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in sales administration, ERP & CRM systems, and excellent communication skills to provide support across the Sales and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Utilize ERP & CRM systems to manage sales data, track customer interactions, and analyze sales trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and production staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • IT literacy with experience using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Experience in the automotive or production sectors is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with subcontractors is also beneficial.
