Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective processes to improve sales team productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
