About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pertemps TM. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers on multiple live projects, managing project finances, and ensuring designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers on multiple live projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including building codes and zoning ordinances.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure project milestones are met, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare technical reports, design documents, and project proposals, including feasibility studies and business cases.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates, including project status reports and progress meetings.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, including project presentations and design reviews.
