M4 Recruitment - Reading Division is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer/Site Manager to join a well-established family-run engineering business in Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing conveyor systems, managing project delivery, and undertaking maintenance work on existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and development of conveyor systems, working closely with the project team to create innovative and efficient solutions.
- Assist in the successful delivery of conveyor system projects, from conception to completion, collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Undertake reactive breakdown and planned maintenance work on existing conveyor systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support with various activities in the warehouse/factory, including fabrication, assembly, forklift operating, loading, and stock management.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and AUTO CAD.
- Strong organisational skills and great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Conveyor Engineer with strong knowledge of conveyor system components and mechanics.
- Ability to conduct reactive breakdown and planned maintenance efficiently.
This is an immediate start opportunity.
