About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients

Requirements

  • No experience necessary, but a kind and compassionate heart is essential
  • A driving license and access to your own vehicle is required
  • Industry-leading training and support
