Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalized support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks, companionship, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, home help, and companionship

  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • No experience or qualifications required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
