About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our team in London, GB. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing all permanent visual merchandising solutions within our UK stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global layout construction, brand fixtures, and Sephora destination installations, ensuring compliance with EU guidelines.
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations, including brand soft customization and Sephora collection production.
  • Manage institutional fixture orders and supply chain furniture, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Adapt and monitor the correct execution of all EU VM guidelines for all categories.
  • Be the contact for stores for all VM-related subjects and manage the country's budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in store opening management and visual merchandising.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
