We are seeking a skilled Payment Compliance Specialist to join our Finance team at Hca Cancer Network. As a Payment Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of accounts that have been short paid or denied by payors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Resolution: Collaborate with facility staff, senior management, and internal teams to resolve accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Coding and Data Management: Ensure accuracy of input coding and maintenance into the Meditech coding custom defined screen (CDS).
  3. Business Partnering: Work closely with non-finance teams to extract financial information and provide key insights to support revenue growth.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  5. Analytical and Communication Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills to ensure messages are understood across the business.
