**Finance/Accounts Assistant**

**Up to £28,000 per annum**

**Prestatyn**

**Monday - Friday**

**Responsibilities of a Finance Admin**:

- Process financial documents (e.g., invoices, expense reports, purchase orders).
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system and reconcile bank statements.
- Process and track customer payments, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data.
- Support in preparing tax returns and statutory filings.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.

**Requirements of a Finance Admin**:

- AAT Level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
