Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.
  • Reflect the high standards of the company in all aspects of work and personal appearance.
  • Deal with enquiries in a professional manner, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist the smooth running of the nursing home by communicating messages clearly and concisely.
  • Uphold residents' participation strategy, promoting engagement and inclusivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and a positive working environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer the telephone and provide a high standard of service and assistance.
  • Record and report relevant information in a neat and tidy fashion.
  • Recognise regular visitors and welcome them by name, if appropriate.
  • Check the identity of strangers and direct them to a member of staff for assistance.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to safe working practices.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions, as required.
  • Use equipment safely and maintain it in good working order, following company guidelines.
  • Adhere to company uniform policy and undertake any reasonable duties as directed by management.
