We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused **Receptionist** to join our successful team at **The Bonnie Badger**.

This is a **full-time** position, working **4 days out of 7 **which include evenings and weekends.

The Bonnie Badger, located in the heart of Gullane, is a charming country hotel. Awarded 5 Stars by AA, the hotel features 14 bedrooms, an impressive dining room, a pub bar, and an outdoor garden area.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Being the first point of contact for all guests
- Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables
- Checking in hotel guests and showing them to their bedrooms
- Answering general enquiries by telephone and making reservations
- Assisting the Food and Beverage team when required
- A background of working in a similar role or willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations
- Enthusiasm for providing hospitality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of working under pressure to achieve high standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work a variety of shift patterns

**Salary**: £22,880.00 per hour
