Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate and Community Engagement Manager with a strong passion for fintech and gaming.
Your Role:
As an integral member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of an innovative Donations Platform tailored for streamers. This position will serve as the essential bridge between our product development team and the gaming community, ensuring that user feedback is effectively integrated into our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement:
Leverage your extensive connections with streamers across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and other EU regions to present our product and gather insightful feedback.
Actively contribute to refining the Donations Platform's features based on direct user input.
2. Affiliate Marketing Development:
Post-launch, you will take charge of building our affiliate marketing program from the ground up.
Foster robust relationships with bloggers, streamers, and influencers to effectively promote our platform across diverse channels.
Proactively identify potential partners and drive sales to enhance market presence, serving as the primary contact for affiliate inquiries.
There will be opportunities for you to expand your own team as the program grows.
The Product:
- The Donations Platform is designed to be a user-friendly solution that streamlines donation collection for streamers, allowing them to concentrate on their passion. With a seamless setup tailored to each streamer's requirements and our team's expertise in payment processing, we aim to boost streamers' earnings and offer hassle-free monetization options.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct engagement with the gaming community.
A well-established network of influencers in the Netherlands, Germany, and/or Poland (mandatory) or Bulgaria and/or the Baltic countries (preferred).
A comprehensive understanding of the gaming industry landscape and experience collaborating with influencers on streaming platforms (such as Twitch).
Proven skills in business development, deal closure, and sales, along with a proactive approach to establishing new programs.
Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, complemented by outstanding communication skills.
