The Role

As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be at the forefront of CRM initiatives, responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns. This includes planning content, collaborating with designers, and ensuring seamless delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse member behaviour to inform data-driven marketing strategies
  • Optimise campaign performance to drive long-term value
  • Work closely with external partners to ensure engaging and relevant communications
  • Manage supplier-funded inventory and partner promotions
  • Contribute to the overall CRM strategy

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar CRM role, preferably within the retail, services, or loyalty sectors. You should be proficient with Email Service Providers and have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing.
