About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Activation Manager to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022. As a key member of our digital recruitment agency, you will be responsible for managing and activating Amazon Ads campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our ecommerce team to develop strategic recommendations for media campaigns, analyzing data points across platforms to identify areas for improvement.
  • Media Planning: Create data-driven media plans with clear rationales, forecasts, and selections.
  • Activation and Optimization: Own the activation of channel strategies across Amazon search & DSP, Citrus Ads, Criteo, and Nectar 360, leveraging third-party technology and optimization tools to automate and create efficiencies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly output performance reports with commentary, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on Amazon Ads best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months of experience activating and managing campaigns within Amazon Ads and/or CitrusAd sponsored ads/Criteo retail media products.
  • A sound understanding of the broader ecommerce, digital, and media landscape, with a general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations and educate clients on Amazon Ads best practices.
  • An analytical mind, with the ability to work with large data sets to identify drivers behind data trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and spot key details.
  • Problem-solving ability, with the ability to apply structured techniques and proactively find solutions.
  • Effective organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently analyze data and produce effective presentation materials.
  • Certification across Amazon learning console is preferred.
