Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Business Operations Coordinator to join our Business Operations Management team at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bid-to-project lifecycle of our department, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and providing valuable business intelligence to our Senior Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and consistent project financial information to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive bid documentation using SharePoint.
- Collaborate with departmental staff and support functions to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze and interpret data to drive business intelligence and inform strategic planning.
About You
- You will have a strong educational background, with GCSEs in English and Maths, and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
- You will have experience working in a business support or administrator role, with a proven track record of analytical skills and attention to detail.
