Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
