- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassion, patience, and a sincere passion for early childhood education.
- Pediatric First Aid certification.
- Additional training in early childhood education or childcare.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in an early years context.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
