Customer Service Representative

As a Reception and Customer Service professional, you will be the first point of contact for our members and customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our leisure centers.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering first-class customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a motivated and proactive individual who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including customer service and sales training. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to making a difference in our communities.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and customers
- Promoting our services and products to increase sales and revenue
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our members and customers
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information and advice
