Harris Hill is excited to collaborate with a prominent national charity in the search for a Fundraising Manager specializing in Events to cover a maternity leave for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Events portfolio, aiding the Community, Events, and Products team in achieving its ambitious goal of generating £15 million.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Design, implement, and advance the Events Team strategy, emphasizing audience insights, portfolio management, marketing, and donor stewardship.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of fundraisers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team leadership with a history of meeting income targets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets across acquisition campaigns and donor stewardship journeys.
- Experience in line management.
- Proven ability to advocate for a team at an organizational level.
- Exceptional skills in influencing and negotiation.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience in effectively managing agencies and suppliers.
- Familiarity with managing mass participation or Community and Events programs is desirable.
Compensation:
Starting salary of £52,973 per annum.
Contract Type:
Full-time, 12 months Fixed-Term Contract (35 hours per week).
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid working model with a combination of remote and in-office days.
