The Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Fox Inn in Tamworth. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food knowledge and skill
  • Stay up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team and the brigade
