We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team in Grantham. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile financial statements and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with front-line local audit and data checks
- Provide data analysis and reports to support business decisions
- Experience working in a finance team, with strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, Excel, and Sage50
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking in Grantham Town Centre. If you hold an AAT qualification or are working towards one, this would be ideal. Experience working in a financial services environment is preferable but not essential.
