About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Next Level - Marketing, Creative, PR & Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and executing monthly calendar activity plans for our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Direct E-Commerce to agree sales, budget, and activity plans for our clients' websites.
  • Manage the execution of all product promotional activity on our clients' websites, optimizing basket value and ensuring accurate product content for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, SEO, email, product, and merchandising teams, to drive website performance and revenue growth.
  • Provide monthly performance reports on website operations, including forecast targets, website conversion rate optimization, and revenue.
  • Research key competitors' websites to ensure our clients' websites are best-in-class for content and activity planning.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Design Studio for content creation requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in an ecommerce platform.
  • Ideal but not essential, exposure to running mobile store apps.
  • Experience in content creation, either with a Design Studio or experience of building digital content with applications such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data validation.
  • Good experience of using Google Analytics and other analytical packages.
