We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Next Level - Marketing, Creative, PR & Digital Recruitment. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients' e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Direct E-Commerce to develop and implement sales strategies and activity plans for our clients' websites.
- Manage the execution of all product promotional activities on our clients' websites, with a focus on optimizing basket value.
- Ensure accurate product content for all new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, SEO, email, product, and merchandising teams, to drive business growth.
- Provide regular performance reports on website operations, including forecast targets, website conversion rate optimization, and revenue.
- Conduct competitor research to ensure our clients' websites are best-in-class for content and activity planning.
- Collaborate with our in-house Design Studio to create engaging content for our clients' websites.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms.
- Ideal but not essential, experience with mobile store apps.
- Experience with content creation, either with a Design Studio or using applications such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data validation.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, along with other great benefits, including free parking, annual bonus, discount across products, and plenty of annual leave.
