About the Role

This Physiotherapist position at a Barchester care home involves providing and supervising quality physiotherapy to help residents reach their best possible physical condition. The successful candidate will have a person-centered approach and deliver high standards of care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide and supervise the delivery of quality physiotherapy in line with current and evidence-based professional practice, as well as our company policies.
  • Ensure our residents get the most out of life by helping them to reach their best possible physical condition.
  • Create and deliver individual care plans focused on each person's needs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC), and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiology (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN).
  • Background at NHS band 6 or the equivalent post-qualification experience.
