We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at Wincanton in Middlewich, Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete manual handling tasks, including rework, with and without the use of MHE.
- Ensure the picking, assembling, relocation, and despatching of stock is completed to the highest required standards.
- Handle all aspects of goods receipt, unloading vehicles, and handling documentation.
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods.
- Carry out general housekeeping, stocktaking, and maintenance duties to ensure the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard.
- Responsible for Health and Safety of themselves and other team members by adhering to safe working practices.
- A flexible and professional approach towards work.
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
- Experience of working within a warehouse or relevant industrial experience and shift work.
- A Reach and Counterbalance Licence.
- Experience of LLOP and PPT/Licence.
