Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legislative requirements
- Address and resolve non-conformities and support continuous improvement
- Recognize emerging trends from internal and external data analysis and ensure the Site is prepared to address them effectively
- Be responsible for quality and environmental testing and reporting, including equipment calibrations and waste documentation
- Continuously improve chemical management systems on site
- Train the Site organization and support the transfer of safety, environmental, and quality skills
Requirements:
- A role model for safety, quality, and environment, promoting safety standards within the organization
- A detail-focused approach with strong organisational and planning skills
- Previous experience in a similar industry (FMCG) operating at a similar level
- Proven data analysis skills combined with strong presentation skills
- Experience managing environmental permits (desirable)
- The ability to react quickly and calmly under pressure
